Field Trip Information

Students will get a personal guide to give them an introduction to Alabama’s musical achievers and the history of the Alabama Music Hall of Fame.

Students will be able to explore memorabilia from Elvis’s original music contract to the group Alabama’s tour bus!

Younger students will be sent on a scavenger hunt throughout the museum to find certain musical instruments and animals, while older students will have trivia to answer as they explore the museum.

Kindergarten – 6th: $6.00 per student
 7th - 12th: $7.00 per student
Adult/Parent with Group: $10.00 per adult
Teachers/Aides & Bus Drivers: Free

Timely Tips for Museum Trips

RESERVATIONS- Be the first to make your reservation! Group rates are available for 10 or more students. Teachers and bus drivers tour for free. Museum staff and a tour guide will be available for your group.

RECORDING STUDIO- Your student can be a “STAR” with the Alabama Music Hall of Fame Recording Studio. Record your favorite song! We provide the music, the lyrics and the accompaniment vocal. Sing a solo or with your group for only $10.00 per song.

MUSEUM GIFT SHOP- A visit to our museum gift shop is a must! Groups enjoy an opportunity to purchase a special souvenir of their visit. Prices range from $0.50 and up. There is no sales tax charge on purchases.

FOOD SERVICE- We will be glad to recommend a nearby restaurant or let us plan your meal while you are here!
