  • Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts on General Admission tickets for all active and retired Military Personal, AAA and AARP members with valid identification. We also have discounted rates for groups of 10 or more. Click here for more information on our group rates.
 

  • What are your hours?

The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
 

  • Do you offer wheelchairs?

Yes. We have a small number of wheelchairs available. 
 

  • Can I bring outside food or drinks into the museum?

We do not allow food or drinks in the museum. A water fountain is located next to the restrooms for your convenience.  
 

  • There are many artists in the museum, are they all inductees? 

No. The Alabama Music Hall of Fame is home to many artists and musical achievers. Everyone who is in the Museum in not inducted. For a list of inductees please click here.
 

  • Can i take a tour of the museum in less than an hour?

Yes. Since the Museum is self guided you can spend as much or as little time as you would like. On average a tour of the museum lasts an hour. 
 

  • Does the museum have a gift shoP?

Yes. The gift shop hours are Tuesday - Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
